What Does the HOA Do?

The purpose of the Mission Bend #5 Homeowners Association (HOA) is to maintain and improve the value of your home in Mission Bend. We achieve this by maintaining the common areas, planning community improvements, and creating community events. We promote compliance with the covenant guidelines to create a safe, respectful, and beautiful neighborhood.

Your homeowner's association fees provide the necessary funds needed to maintain and improve the common areas, daily operations, and community events.

Who manages the HOA?

The HOA is managed by your neighbors elected to serve as your board of directors (BOD). We are a group of five volunteers who share a passion for keeping our neighborhood beautiful and safe today and for years to come. We are all homeowners in Mission Bend #5, current on our annual HOA fees, and do not receive compensation for our work.

We meet regularly to discuss important neighborhood issues, manage community expenses, and plan events. If you are interested in becoming a part of a committee or helping with events, please contact us.
